RETURN
We accept order cancellation within 1 day after payment. We will process your order on the first working day after payment and send out the parcel in 3~7 days, special circumstances may extend the order processing time. Any cancellation can be made if the consumer initiates the cancellation earlier than the time of shipment and within the time specified by the website in which the cancellation can be initiated.
Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you must request or notify us of a return or replacement order for the following primary reasons (not subject to return shipping charges)
1. Product received has been bumped or damaged
2. Wrong product was received
3. The received product differs greatly from the size of your order
4.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose
5.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
Please note that
1. If you receive the product is not satisfied, you can consult with our customer service to deal with the program
2. Due to the light or display of the monitor when the photo was taken, the color of the picture in the ad may be slightly different from the actual item. Therefore, please allow for a 20% difference between the picture in the ad and the actual item you receive.
3. If the problem is serious, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable period of time. In this case, the product may be reserved for the customer's disposal.

5.The return package is required to be able to meet the long-distance transport, please make the necessary product protection, and put a note filled with the order number and the reason for return inside the parcel. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer

3. If your claim is about receiving the wrong product, please include photos of the wrong product.
4. If your claim is about a size or location issue, please include a measuring tape, stick or ruler in the photos of the affected garment.
REFUND
Once you receive the refund confirmation from our support team, it may take around 3-5 days to process your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take time for your fund to appear in your account balance (depending on your financial institution). See the table below for more details.
